Refund policy

Our Return & refund policy allows customers to return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. However, if the return is due to a change of mind for some reason, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@snapitonline.com.au. We will provide you the instructions on how to properly package and ship the item back to us.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any item that does not meet these criteria.

Please note that all refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
